Features

A large pivoted door, clad in copper and cedar, opens into a full height atrium allowing light to flow down into the entry hallway. The formal lounge, guest bedroom and office are separated by large glazed cavity sliders which can be open allowing connection through these rooms or closed down for privacy when guests are staying.

Solid timber Tasmanian oak floors run through the living areas, and flow through to the outdoor living. Louvred windows allow airflow and full height glass sliding doors open the kitchen, living and dinning out to the tropically landscaped pool area. The home is automated, and a solar heating system heats the underfloor, hot water, and swimming pool, solid structured landscaped walls anchor the home and provide privacy.
